Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used:

  • Cosmetics

  • Makeup products

  • Beauty tools

  • Hair care products

  • Earrings and certain personal care items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your request and work with you to find the best solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll gladly arrange a replacement whenever possible.
